( 01 ) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळाची माध्यमिक शालांत प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा किंवा तत्सम परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा. आणि ( 02 ) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापिठाचा वाणिज्य, विज्ञान, कला, विधि किंवा तत्सम शाखांचा पदवीधर असावा. ( 03 ) उमेदवार माध्यमिक शालांत प्रमाणपत्र वा तत्सम किंवा उच्च परीक्षा 100 गुणांचे मराठी व 100 गुणांचे इंग्रजी हे विषय घेऊन उत्तीर्ण झालेला असावा.
