विधी अधिकारी (गट ब)
( 01 ) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा कायाद्याचा पदवीधर असावा. ( 02 ) विधी अधिकारी गट “ब” या पदासाठी उमेदवारांकडे वकिली व्यवसायाचा किमान 05 वर्षाचा अनुभव असावा. ( 03 ) उमेदवार गुन्हेगारी विषयक, सेवाविषयक, प्रशासनिक अशा सर्व प्रकारच्या कायद्याची स्थिती हाताळण्यास सक्षम असावा. ( 04 ) उमेदवारास मराठी, हिंदी व इंग्रजी या भाषांचे पुरेसे ज्ञान असावे.
