( 01 ) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळातून 10 वी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण किंवा समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण असावा. ( 02 ) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेतून सहाय्यक नर्सिंग मिडवाइफरी कोर्स उत्तीर्ण असावा. ( 03 ) उमेदवार केंद्र सरकार किंवा सरकारच्या नर्सिंग कौन्सिलमध्ये नोंदणीकृत असावा.
